Tasting event in Delhi,India

In December 2025, I had the incredible opportunity to host a exclusive tasting event in Delhi, India.

While I was the only Japanese person among a talented team of local Indian chefs and consultants, the experience was nothing short of transformative.

To be honest, I felt a bit of a nervous tension at first, being in a completely different cultural environment, however being surrounded by their passion and expertise was deeply inspiring.

Their unique perspectives gave me fresh energy and ideas that I will carry forward.

It was a powerful reminder of how food and passion can bridge any cultural gap.

The creative exchange is incredible.

I feel Delhi feeling inspired and grateful for this bridge between Japan and India.
