I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Fair Observer for their FO° Talks series!
We spoke about onigiri—Japan’s beloved soul food—and explored what makes Japanese cuisine so healthy and popular worldwide. I also shared thoughts on sushi, ramen, wagyu beef, the concept of ikigai, and how Japanese and Indian cooking traditions differ.
